The Miami Market

Surgeons build for the world. Med spas build for the block.

Miami’s surgeons sell the trip: 13 of the 15 we reviewed speak to out-of-town patients and eight offer Spanish. Its med spas mostly don’t: one offered Spanish, and only three promoted a membership, in a metro that isn’t adding residents. The openings are a med spa that is bilingual by design, a practice built for the patient who comes back, and a clear specialty in a market where most homepages read the same.

The State of Aesthetic Branding in Miami, 2027
What a new Miami practice should own
01

Bilingual from the name up

A name that works in English and Spanish, a site written in both from launch, and a front desk to match.

02

A reason to come back

Retention is the growth plan in a flat market. Memberships, treatment plans and one named provider keep patients.

03

One clear specialty

Only two Miami surgeons in our review state one, both in the face. Body and breast are open to a practice that commits.

FAQ
Do you work with Miami practices?+

Yes. ZOE is based in Fort Worth, Texas, and works with Miami practices remotely and on site, with strategy sessions and photography scheduled in Miami.

Can you build a bilingual brand?+

Yes. For Miami we plan the name, messaging and website in English and Spanish from the start, not as a translation added later.

What should a new Miami med spa focus on?+

Speaking to the resident patient in both languages and giving them a reason to return. In our review, almost no Miami med spas offered Spanish and few promoted memberships.

Do you help with Florida licensing?+

No. Ownership, clinic licensing and supervision belong with a Florida healthcare attorney. Our Florida guide explains the rules so the brand plan fits them.
